...not the rain!!
We're rained in today (again) - what a surprise.
So there's nothing for it but to bake a cake, drink hot chocolate, eat popcorn and watch a movie with a good old traditional roast for afters - I may even make an apple crumble!

Soggy day here too.Cheered ourselves up with a roast lunch at the pub by the roaring fire...lovely!

what a beautiful photo! i love the colours.
we have been to a local knit festival and made a few purchases today. came home to find that our neighbors tree has uprooted in all the wet weather and is leaning over our fence precariously!
lets hope the sunshine comes out soon as i am fed up with the wet and cold too.

You'll be glad to know that there was even grey skies and wind in Cyprus today and even I am fed up with the winter weather!
We've been lucky to escape the rain today but still it was grey and cold so we just had to have a roast. I actually made it into the garden today to clear all the debris to let the bulbs peep through when they finally show their colours -they will soon won't they?!

We had toast, soup, cream scones, lots of cups of tea, and a huge Pork roast ... in the rain!

Sounds just the same as our day Nina, except we were watching the hens wade like flamingoes through the 4" flood that is our garden. Fingers crossed it doesn't make it to the house.

Sun tried to shine here in Toronto but to no avail. Wouldn't matter anyway everyone is glued to the hockey game Canada vs US.
Sounds a good way to manage the rain.
