No snow here yet - not even a flake.
But we did wake to a frost this morning which if my memory serves me right is the second one this season.
Anyhow not much waffle for me on this beautiful sunny Saturday morning as we are all very full of cold.
Plus there is a fire to be stoked, drinks to be administered, pillows and eiderdowns need plumping and a child that needs snuggling up to with my name on it.
Thank you so much for all your 'get well wishes' yesterday they certainly cheered me up on a day when I was stuck in the house.
And knowing that you guys are out there in Internet land calling by (with hand covered over mouths) just saying 'Hi' is very cheery for the soul.
Talking of popping by and saying 'Hi' I kind of feel like I'm missing out on all this snowy white stuff so if you fancy leaving a link in the comments box to your wonderful wintry pictures for all to see - including me - then please feel free.
Here's wishing a warm and wrapped up weekend.
xXx

Lots of white stuff here Nina and I would gladly send it over to you. Looks pretty, but I'm no lover of it. Scary drive home last night in a blizzard singing loudly to Ride on Time to keep me calm.

We have some white stuff here today - not a lot but who knows? Must get to the shops whilst we still can for supplies!! Hope you will all soon be better - looks very comfy with the crochet blanket and the cushion etc. Will post some white stuff pics perhaps later but meanwhile what about these: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8444938.stm might be glad you don't have any!

Brrrrr.. those are chilly picures indeed. Hope you all feel much better soon, the sickness bug is raging around our extended family so we're trying to stay well clear.
How fab it would be to sit and have a chat with you in my kitchen! You're welcome anytime Nina.
Stay cosy and hope you get some white stuff - sending some of ours, with many hugs, your way.

Hope you're all frolicking in snowsuits very soon. I won't be! Staying tucked-up in my bed for some time to come I fear. But glad I got a few wintery snaps (lol) on our way home on thursday - happy to share!

Pop over - weve got a fairy flurry. xxxxxx
Good morning Nina! I've donned my surgical mask, to pop in and say Get Well Soon! Sounds like you've got a very good strategy...lots of cosying up! Loads of love, Amanda xxxx
oooh look at that sleepy boo all wrapped up in crochet love - come to my blog or my facebook for snow - I have a LOT xxx
Only a dusting here in the most westerly outpost of East Anglia, but freeezing! Stay cosy!xx
gorgeous, gorgeous photos nina!
enjoy your weekend! xoxo
Lovely photos as always - no snow here yet. get well soon. xxx
We haven't had a single flake so don't feel alone in your snow-less-ness!
hope little boo is better soon -- we've lots of snow - LOTS ... no pics though yet ...
There is a scattering of snow where we are - see my blog for a photo. As you will see, it really is the merest sprinkling like icing sugar. Just the kind of snow you need on Xmas day so it doesn't cause travelling problems. Hope you are feeling better. We have germs at our house too. :(
No snowy whiteness here in Australia, just a few thunderclouds to dampen my washing on the line! I love your frosty pics though, so beautiful... and all that lovely crocheted goodness on your couch. Get well soon there!
I love your frosty photos. We haven't any snow here yet either! Hope your colds are all better. Enjoy your cosy snuggly days with little boo!

Only just read your poorly post - so delayed well wishes here! We had snow on friday and then the temperatures dropped and everything is ice - beautiful but really rather scary...I am spending the day finding new ways to keep warm (soup making and ironing being the more useful ideas!) Take care - ps I love the photo of a sleeping Boo, gorgeous xxx
