Not much though just a smattering.
And it only lasted for about all of an hour yesterday morning and only a fraction of what we've been promised - I guess I should count our blessings considering the state of the rest of the country at the moment plus not so long ago memories of the snowfall we had at the beginning of the year.
But it was enjoyed by all - even Rufus. Who might I add was the first out chasing the flakes like it was a fly feast (oh how we laughed) bounding around the garden with such excitement, containment 'pleeeease' then shortly followed by the girls.
It's always a good thing to change out of pj's for a bit of frolicking about in the snow and on a Sunday morning we are not the best at getting dressed. Served as an incentive though.
Now I know you're all probably thinking I am mad - liking snow - and all that, but I live in the South and on the East coast as well so snow for us is just soooooo rare, amazing and magical - sorry. I won't bang on about it too much, promise.
I can imagine you're all probably sick of the sight of snow, snow and more snow plus the UK is pretty good at coming to a standstill when disaster strikes and making every ones life go on hold.
So here are our pictures - well it wouldn't be fair to ask you to share yours over the weekend and not do the same in return.
The skies are grey, but still no snow just cold, cold and more cold. We're huddled up again though the worst of the illness has almost disappeared - I guess I really should start thinking about Christmas now.
Though like many who have voiced, this is the first time (I think) I can ever remember snow - or frost - in November.
I hope your huddled up as well and not too snowed in or stranded and if you want to leave your snowy links in the comments box again for all to find then please feel free to do so.
xXx

Much the same here at the moment but so-ooo cold! Love that cat he/she's adorable. As are the teenies all wrapped up enjoying the snow - love that age.

Looks like your little ones had lots of fun.
Having seen the forecast for later this week I think they might get more to play in soon :)
Brilliantly happy picture and what a handsome chap Rufus has grown into. Enjoy the magic!
Stephx - who's just as bad as you at gettign dressed on Sunday mornings!
We have loads here Nina, so gorgeous. I am not ashamed to say that I LOVE SNOW...yipee. Mind you, was a bit hairy getting to work this morning. Had to get manperson to take me there in the land rover as the valley hasn't been gritted, or if it had, there was no evidence of it this morning when I left home in my little car. Slid gracefully into the oncoming traffic at the junction at the end of our lane when my brakes didn't stop me. Thankfully didn't hit anyone, but was a bit scary. Anyway, enjoy what you have and stay warm and safe. dev x
