This is a bit difficult for me to write because I don't want to come across as being rude or bossy, but something has been playing on my mind for quite some time now and I'd really like to mention it to help curb any future confusion.
Basically.
If you have a question for me could you please, please, please send it to me via an email (you can find my email address either under my 'about me' to the top right of the page or in the link named 'in touch' under my header) rather then ask in the comments box. Especially if you require an answer.
Daft I know - the things that play on my mind! But if you feel I never reply to a question you've left me then there is normally a very good reason.
I do try very hard to reply to all of your questions and I know I am a bit useless putting loads of information about stuff in my postings (I will try harder) but I am just a mother, wife, homemaker, general bottle washer and all the rest to one and all.
Please don't take any of these words as a criticism at all as my blog is very important to me and I value all that come and visit, follow or leave comments, but at the end of the day, it is just little old me.
I hope that sounded OK?
And on a completely different note - if there is some thing you've loved about the blog, that I've done, or want to see (or hear) more of in the future then please let me know. I'd love to hear your thoughts - what you think.
Anyhoo, on that note - thank you 'everyone' for all your on going support over the (almost) three years and continuing to pop in. Long may we continue on this journey together.
Here's to the weekend - a little late I know. And happy Autumn equinox - even though that was Friday.

You do have the loveliest blog ever and this post wasn't the least bit bossy or unpleasant just totally understandable and very polite. I love to see your photos, especially those of the countryside and the sea.

Great idea to be clear about these things, probably wouldn't have occured to me because I actively like to keep most qs and as in my blog and out of my busy email accounts if poss. So glad you said and sorryoops for the odd wrongly placed question in the past no doubt!

Nina, not at all bossy, it's important to be clear and you are always delightful. I know how very helpful and generous you were with your time when I had a query earlier this year, many people would have politely ignored my request, but you took a great deal of time and effort to help me, for which I am truly grateful. So so sorry to have missed you last weekend but it was extremely last minute and was a bit of a whirlwind. By the time my addled, rather knackered noggin remembered -'Oh! Nina!' it was Monday morning. We had 1.5 hours to spare before we had to get on the road. I think your neck of the woods was a bit far for the timeslot. I'd so love to meet another day. It would be an absolute treat!
I know where you are coming from Nina. It's so very difficult to keep up with everything. Like you, I find it hard to reply to one and all and it plays on my mind. I hate to come across as rude or impolite, but I get such a lot of questions sent in so may ways, that it's so very hard to keep track of them and answer them. I think sending questions just one way is such an excellent idea.
Your blog is such a joy to visit, it's so calming and beautiful, such a treat for the eyes!

It makes perfect sense Nina and you are not sounding bossy or rude or anything like that.
Not at all rude :-) I love your blog for its photos, nature style with a few recipes thrown in. Maybe a little bloggy about how you go about taking photos e.g. you fav settings etc would be nice but this blog should be your space and have what you want in it :-)
